We are a FAMILY racing team that likes to have fun.
We race all over the South East. We are a part of the "Say no to Drugs" program and like to show our handy work for charity. Ed and Tammy both drive the car (not at the same time) while our son, Timothy, is learning the Crew Chief Duties. We have been invited to the Happy Days and Special Times show and to the Special Olympics of South Carolina.
We invite you to come to the track and have a Ice Tea with us!We now Have T-Shirts.....How cool is that??

Tammy at work!
Carolina Dragway again!!!!
We tried to bump up the boost up to a whooping (LOL) 15% under driven
hoping to get a 4.9 sec run. After we got to the track, we started the car and it
sounded like (poo poo?) After a few adjustments it still sounded “funny” but all
the indications looked good. Ed went up to make a pass and as usual,
the burnout will be the best indicator of how the car is doing.

He started the burnout and ……It was excellent (and fun!). Ed ran a 5.02
in the heat of the day and with a corrected altitude of 2500 feet (bad).
Tammy was next. Tammy came to the line and proceeded to do a stellar
burnout as well. She ripped a 4.99 on the first pass and then a 4.97 after that.
Tammy did a full ¼ pass but the tracks computer was set up for a 1/8 mile
only. Our computer did calculate her run to be a 7.92 sec at 170 MPH!
Ed tried to do the same later that evening when it was cooler but
someone oiled his side of the track so all he could muster was a 5.05.
The 60 foot times were our best so far at 1.11 sec.
Not too bad for a home grown small block!
All in all it was a fun time.
Rockingham again!
With no changes to the car’s setup, we headed off to Rockingham
NC for a Day of fun! The track was great, the air was supreme
and car ready. Our job was to race the car and make
7 second ¼ mile passes. A tall order since we had
only made one 7 second pass a few months earlier.
The air and track was so good that a 7 second pass
seemed easy and did we ever make them. Ed’s first pass
went well but the RPM limiter hit way too early.
It must have been a fluke…maybe not.
The Score board showed a 7.86 pass. This is going to be a great day!
With a new RPM chip installed, Tammy came to the line.
The car launched straight but once again the
RPM limiter hit just before the finish line.
We must be going too fast? Then the score board told the tale.
A 7.76 second pass!
We want to thanks the track and fans for a great day at the races!
Hope to see everyone again NEXT year!!
E&T
Ed gathered up and ran
a poor 5.7 sec. run. The shift light "pill" came out during
Eds high flying act and never came on.
Eds second run was a much better 5.4 at 126 Mph.
Tammy's turn.
She launched the car, kept it straight, as always,
and Tammy ripped a 5.22 at 131!
Once again Tammy was faster....
Bradenton FL.

More fun than we can stand at a great 1/4 mile track.
Ed ran his first 1/4 pass on a very conservative tune up running
a 5.26 1/8 mile and a 8.35 @ 152 MPH 1/4 pass.
Not to be outdone, Tammy ran her 1/8 @ 5.15 sec
and 1/4 mile 8.19 sec @ 155 MPH!
ROCKINGHAM!

Knocking on the door of the 4's.
We attended a charity race at Rockingham Dragway and were
treated to a grand time by one of the best managers around. Steve Earwood
spends the time to ensure the racers and fans alike have the best time.
The track was well prepared as Tammy was rippin off some 5.0 runs
through out the night. One pass Tammy did 148 MPH in the 1/8!
Ed even got into the act with a
5.09 second 1/8 mile pass on his last run.
More Later!
